What Is Your Turn Around Time?
Depending on how our workload, turn around time can vary from 1-7 days. Although it’s common to receive a mock-up within 24 hours, we reserve up to 7 days to get to all of our orders. We also offer a rush delivery option during your order which will guarantee a mock-up within 1-2 days depending on if you are available to approve each mock-up. Feel free to contact us if you are curious about our current workload and would like an estimate of how long it will take. If you’re unable to respond to mockups in a timely manner, your project completion time will be effected. Programming turn-around times may be treated separately depending upon project scale.
Can I talk to you 1 on 1?

Do you accept projects from adult websites?
We accept projects for any product or organization as long as it abides by the law. If you are unsure, please send us a link to the offer or product you would like to promote and we will let you know.
How do I place an order?
Simply click “Order Now” at the top of the page, choose your package, and follow each step of the order process. If you have any problems or questions, please contact us.
What form of payments are accepted?
Currently we only accept payment with PayPal. You may use any major credit card during the order process through our automated system.
What if I'm not satisfied with my order?
If you are not satisfied after 2 revisions or feel that the project will not be usable, we will refund your money with no questions asked.
Landing Page Answers
Can I use my own pictures?
Absolutely. During the order process, you will be able to attach images that you’d like us to use. Alternatively, you can give us links. If you need to purchase an image off of a stock photo site, we can choose it for you, however, you will be billed for the image.
What is a .PSD file?
A .PSD file is the original Photoshop File that contains all of the layers of the landing page.
Is programming included with my landing page?
No, we do not create any forms or scripts. If you have trouble finding a programmer to accommodate your needs, please contact us and we will try to help.
Is making landing pages complicated? How does it work?
There are a few different ways to go about making your landing page, depending on your experience.
If you are not sure exactly what you want your page to look like, simply give us the offer URL that you are promoting and we will design based on the specifications of the product or service.
If you have a vision of what you want your page to look like, simply describe it the best you can and give us all of the tag lines and info that you can. If you are able to use an image editor, you may also create a wireframe or a simple outline of the way you would like the page laid out.
Lastly, if you have a website or landing page that you would like it similar to, simply give us the link in the “Example” field of the order form and we will design something similar to the example that is based around the product or service that you are promoting.
I don't have a logo, is this included?
No, a logo is not included, as this is a separate aspect of a website.
Do you do anything in Flash?
At the moment, we do not utilize Flash.
Can I keep making changes after I receive the files?
No, you may not keep making changes after you have received the final files. If you need changes made, we will charge a fee per revision depending on the complexity. Please e-mail us to get a quote.
Will you help promote my landing page for me?
No, we will not promote your landing page for you.
Can you tell me what your other customers are promoting?
Absolutely not. The reason we don’t have many portfolio examples is because we have a strict privacy policy on what our clients are providing. Unless we are given permission to make a landing page public, the pages we design will never be seen by anyone but us, the client, and the people that end up seeing the page through promotion.
What types of revisions are allowed?
We allow changes of color, changes of positioning, changes of pictures, etc. However, if you provide the pictures or colors, we will not change them due to the fact that they were chosen by you. You may absolutely not request a re-write of the tag lines or content you provide to us. You may absolutely not request revisions after your final files have been delivered. It is important that you spend time preparing your information for the order to ensure quality and timeliness.
Can I have animation on my landing page?
You may request simple non-Flash animation your landing page, such as a blinking button, rotating text, etc.
Do you offer a bulk rate?
We consider bulk rates for orders resulting in a total of $1,000 or more. Please contact us for more details.
Can I finish my landing page in ___ weeks?
Since this would disrupt our workload considerably, you are required to finish your page within (5) days of ordering. After 5 days of receiving a mock-up, your project is considered aborted on your part and a refund is no longer an option.
